Our Buildings

V22 provides affordable and versatile studios for artists, artisans, creative businesses, and social enterprises across London. We currently operate seven unique buildings, a Victorian children's home, a medieval rectory, old factories and former terraced houses. Our different buildings offer a variety of self-contained spaces ranging from 15 to 1,749 square feet.

We are committed to keeping London a vibrant hub for the arts by preserving affordable studio space and keeping rents at the lower end of the market.
