Located just a five-minute walk from Forest Hill station, V22 Louise House is a Grade II listed Victorian building offering 15 self-contained artists’ studios across two floors, complete with high ceilings, large windows, and abundant natural light. A private back garden provides a peaceful outdoor space for studio holders.

This is our first truly long-term building in London, with a 125-year lease, ensuring stability for artists in a city where studio spaces are often lost to regeneration. Louise House allows creatives to establish deep roots in the neighbourhood and become an integral part of the local community.

V22 Louise House has a rich history, having been used as a girls' industrial home, developed from the Ragged School movement. Janusz Korczak visited Louise House in 1911 and was inspired to devote his life to children’s welfare.Read More
