V22 Firemaster in Hither Green is a unique creative space housed within three interconnected buildings: a former bank, a fire extinguisher factory, and a light industrial warehouse.
Located just a five-minute walk from Hither Green station, V22 Firestation provides affordable studios ranging from 75 to 1,000 sq ft. The site comprises 87 studios across 3 floors, specialising in art studios and creative spaces as well as music recording, rehearsal, and production studios.
Some studios benefit from natural light, while others are equipped with a full ventilation system to ensure a comfortable working environment.
