A Creative Landmark in Dalston

V22 Ashwin Street is our original studio block, situated in the centre of Dalston. A set of former Victorian terraced houses that were joined to a railway signalling factory in the 1960s, it later became an important Arts Centre in the 1980s and 1990s.

V22 Ashwin Street continues this legacy and is home to around 30 artists and artisans. It backs onto the beautiful Dalston Eastern Curve Garden.

Located less than a minute from Dalston Junction station and a short walk from Dalston Kingsland, the building sits at the heart of one of London’s most vibrant creative communities.Read More
