V22 is an arts organisation dedicated to supporting artists, artisans, and creative communities. We specialise in affordable artists' studios, contemporary art collection, and the production of exhibitions, events, and educational initiatives.

Our vision is simple: keeping creativity central.

We believe artists have three core career needs: a place to work, a way to show their art, and collectors to support their practice. At V22, we focus on the first: providing affordable studios across eight buildings in East and South East London. With 342 studios, ranging from 15 to 1,749 sq ft, we also offer shared licences to help reduce costs.

Our buildings have long hosted a vibrant programme of exhibitions and events, and we are now preparing to reintroduce this activity. Alongside this, we are continuing to expand, actively seeking new and existing spaces to support London’s creative community and secure long-term affordability for artists.
