V22 Hither Green is made up of three connected buildings: a former bank, a fire extinguisher factory and a light industrial warehouse.
It houses 35 studios over three floors on the corner of Hither Green Lane and Lanier Road. Located a 5 minute walk from Hither Green rail station, the spaces range from 75 sq ft to 6500 sq ft.
Studios and workspaces at V22 are available to rent by artists as well as selected creative businesses and social enterprises.

V22 currently runs 10 studio buildings in North and South East London providing 14 affordable artists' studios, artisans' workshops and workspace for creative businesses and social enterprises. From light industrial uses to former terraced houses to a Victorian children’s home, our different buildings offer a variety of self-contained spaces ranging from 44 to 956 square feet.
