V22 are part of a community partnership which has taken over the running of Forest Hill Library. As well as continuing library services, we are looking forward to building a specialist art library, adding to the events and opportunities hosted at the library.
There is a mixture of self-contained offices and studios upstairs (please note that the listed building status makes it impossible for messy studios) with access to the library and neighbouring V22 Louise House gardens, and the opportunity to hire the Community Studio next door.
Forest Hill Library is next door to V22 Louise House, both are beautiful Grade II listed buildings and we are proud to be working with the community of South East London to keep their library open and providing studio space long-term in the area.

V22 currently runs 10 studio buildings in North and South East London providing 14 affordable artists' studios, artisans' workshops and workspace for creative businesses and social enterprises. From light industrial uses to former terraced houses to a Victorian children’s home, our different buildings offer a variety of self-contained spaces ranging from 44 to 956 square feet.
